I am buying a Christmas present for someone, can I exchange it after Christmas?

At Stafford Outdoor Leisure we know it can be difficult buying the right present for someone. Whether its the wrong size or colour we are happy to exchange items brought as presents unitll the 14th of January. Please note this does not change or affect your statutory rights.

How do I make a purchase?

At Staffordoutdoor.com we have tried to make your buying experience as easy as possible. Take your time to browse our site. Click on any items that you wish buy, selecting any options such as size and colour, then click buy; highlighted in orange. This will then be added to your basket, so you can continue to browse at your leisure. When you feel you are happy and wish to checkout click on the basket shown in the header. Please take time to check the items and quantities you wanted are correct. Please take this opportunity to add any discount codes or vouchers you may have. After you have finished this, click on "Checkout" to proceed.

Checking out is dealt with in a number of stages, you can choose whether to checkout as a guest or register an account which allows you to keep records of your purchases easier. When registering your details please ensure all your information has been inputted correctly and a valid phone number has been given. After registering your billing and delivery addresses you can choose a delivery method. Please note not all shipping methods are available and delivery time may vary depending on your location. We reserve the right to quote a carriage charge on receipt of an order for non UK Mainland. You are welcome to collect the items from the shop, however payment must be made to confirm the order. After that stage you can leave any notes about your order. When confirming your order you will be taken from our website to our chosen payment provider. After completing payment details a confirmation email will be sent stating your order number and containing an invoice.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We also accept PayPal payments. We can only process American Express card payments through; sorry!

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Stafford Outdoor Leisure gift vouchers are available to buy in-store and will soon be available at www.staffordoutdoor.com. We regret gift vouchers purchased in store can only be redeem in store. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced. Gift Vouchers and Credit Notes are non-refundable.

Can you send items to BFPO addresses?

Yes we can, for all details on our policy of sending items to BFPO addresses please follow the link at the bottom of this page.

I have not received my order yet, where is it?

Please check your emails to ensure we have not tried to contact you about any possible delay. We try our very best to let our customers of any potential delay as soon as possible. Unfortunately, delays can happen which are often beyond our control. We will let you know as soon as we know of any delay.

Occasionally items may get lost in the post, which is why we only send items using traceable services, and generally require a signature on delivery. If a delivery has been attempted then the courier should have left a calling card. Some courier will attempt a second delivery other may just take the item back to the depot/sorting office. Please follow any instruction given on the calling card to ensure delivery of the item.

What is the cost of postage?

Postage is free on all items, however certain exclusion apply. Any exclusion may be noted in the product description or in our Delivery Information which can be found at the bottom of this page under Policies. At this time we cannot send any compressed gas or aerosol, this is only available for collection from store. We reserve the right to quote a carriage charge on receipt of an order for non UK mainland customers. 

How can I manage my account?

 

You can only manage an account once registered as a customer. To log in to your account click either My Account or Log In in the left hand side bar.

How long do your offers last?

Offers may last all season, or until we have sold out of an item? We reserve the right to change or end an offer at any time without prior notice.

I cannot find what I am looking for, and I saw it in your shop.

Not all items have been or will be upload to the website however if there is an item you believe we can get or you cannot find online please contact us, via one of the many methods below.
